If you have already chosen Switzerland
Through the initial consultation, you and WTC Lugano’s fiduciary consultant will analyze your business structure and profit distribution strategy. This ensures you select the most suitable legal form and set up your new company correctly – avoiding costly mistakes that could affect both the business and its shareholders in the future.
The cost of the consultation (minimum 1 hour) is CHF 300, which will be deducted if you engage WTC Lugano for your company setup
How the consultation works
You will meet with our fiduciary advisor, who will analyze your project – whether it concerns the creation of a new company, the relocation or expansion of an existing one, or personal and family relocation.
You will receive a complete and clear overview of your situation, with all the key elements to support your decision-making. You will also be introduced to the opportunities available at the World Trade Center. And if you decide to continue with us, the cost of the initial consultation will be deducted from your fee.
